New Zealand

For delivery times, please allow 2 - 3 working days. For rural orders, allow a few extra days. Please note, that due to unforeseen circumstances, these times may be extended.  Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and invoice. We use the GoSweetSpot delivery service.

Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For outer New Zealand islands please email to get an accurate delivery charge. 

United States & Australia

Shipping in the United States and Australia are handled by our 3PL partners and delivery times are as follows, but please note these are market standards and delivery is usually faster as we only have a 1 day handling time Mon to Fri:

USA

Standard: 2 - 6 business days

Expedited: 1 - 4 business days

Australia: 

Standard: 2 - 8 business days

Express: 1 - 4 business days

United Kingdom and International

Shipping is handled by our United States 3PL distribution partner. Delivery times can be faster as we only have a 1 day handling time but the following is an estimated timeline:

UK: 6 - 15 business days

International: 6 - 27 business days
